The guy who runs Canine Angels does a phenomenal job with the rescue dogs he trains as service dogs for vets. I am not a dog owner but I would go to him on a heartbeat of I had one.

Nikki Corn, K-9 is super expensive. Petsmart claims to be "certified," but there's no certification for being a dog trainer. And some trainers have only been "trained" for 2 weeks. They follow a training book, but take most of it out. They change how they train quite often and can't train with their own methods.... Not every dog trains the same. Anyway, do your research. Places that say they are certified, I'd question. I have personally trained my own dog basic training and some extra tricks. I am now training him to be my service dog. I've trained my mom's dog and a friend's dog. I do no claim to be a dog trainer, but I am willing to help other's out. If you're interested, I can train your dog. The things you described aren't that hard to train. You don't really need a in depth training.... I'd find someone for cheap. Message me if you're interested and I could help you out if you're interested and if you're hesitant, I can show you what I've taught my own dog to do.... One of which is I training him to ring a bell to let me know he needs to go outside. He learned that in 1 hour. It was a matter of continuing to reward him when he did that. Consistency is big when training.
