Anyone know an English speaking dentist and does the health insurance covers some dental work? I've got a tooth I've been ignoring and it's starting to pay me back in...

I've just been to Oaks Dental Clinic in Gangnam. There's a really good English speaking service there. I don't think health insurance covers dental work. At this clinic, you have two options for cavities: resin (150,000 a tooth) or CERAC (ceramic) (350,000+ a tooth). Wisdom teeth are 10,000 for easy removal and ~120,000 for more complicated removal. Cleaning is about 20-30,000

They are a bit heavy on cosmetic dentistry but if you message them, it's wonderful to have service in fluent English. https://www.facebook.com/OaksDentalClinic?fref=ts

At Hoegi Station near the Samhyook Hospital, there is a dentist office behind the SDA church. It's the Samhyook Dentist Office. The few times we went, someone spoke English and so did the dentist. My husband had his wisdom tooth taken out and they did a great job and were very helpful. The cost was very affordable. Cleaning was 65,000 won. But the wisdom tooth extraction was 35,000 won for both lower jaw.
