Ian with Osprey was reliable, answered my huge amount of questions and all-around friendly guy. Highly recommended. I've worked with Mark at Mark's Mechanical (contacts in above comment) for non-permit work and he was good, and for larger jobs/permit work, I worked with Dan Foley (and his hardworking crew) and highly recommend,...his pH # is in book under Summer Rain under "water" I think. He may not call you back right away, but if you leave your address on the voicemail, they'll surprise you and show up! I'm sure there are other good, qualified people...these are just who I worked with personally.

Mark at Tosa Electric is a master electrician. I've had him do a couple of jobs for me, and his prices have always been quite reasonable. He's often very busy with his industrial clients though, so don't be offended if he can't take your job.
