We had it done through Home Depot with excellent results when ours went. The guy was great at letting Doug help - didn't charge any extra and gave us lots of good advice for the parts we did ourselves - we had to take it out through a hole in the garage wall and then repair and install a new door in that wall for access to the new heater.
