Amy Lesher, PT in Bala does this. She accepts insurance too (though not 100% certain about Aetna for her).

Far but Kathy Sumner Central Bucks Physical therapy is amazing. Ive been amazing. First though, seeing DR. Susan Kellogg at Pelvic and Sexual Health Institute, also know as Philadelphia Urosurgical is great to confirm diagnosis as there could be some things going on. Great dr, she is very conservative when it comes to treatment always starting with most natural and working up from there.
