I used to see Vanessa's Heather when she worked at Chelmsford Dermatology and liked her a lot. She's a PA rather than an MD, so she might be less expensive if you're paying out of pocket.

Dr. David Simkin in Chelsford. The best. I used him for years when I lived there.

I really do recommend Dr. Simkin. I've been battling the same problem for over 20 years and he has made more progress with it than any other doctor I've seen. He tends to run really late though, so factor that in if making an appointment.
