Www.goddardconstruction.com. They remodel anything, do free estimates, and do new constuction.
Dawn C. replied:
Michelle Michelle Moody Goddard I will certainly keep Goddard Construction in mind. It would be a combination of remodel and an addition. Is this a family company? Is it in MJ? Do they usually finish in a timely manner?:) I am afraid it will drag on for months and months. I would assume it depends on the job.

Dawn Harden Crumpton, we live on NW Rutland Rd. about 1 mile down, almost at the end. We have been here for 18 years, and we have a older small house with 5.5 acres. We were planning on putting our house on the market in the spring when we finished up a few things. It might be what you are looking for.
Any recommendations for a fair architect? Building two craftsman homes in the 2500sq ft range. At lease 34-38 wide. I'm ok with a track plan with some tweaks. Need ASAP!
James F. replied:
So the main problem I am having is finding a plan that I like with the width being smaller and a good size two car garage. Two plans I like are below but they 40 wide. I think the best option I may have is to put the garages in the back. The lot is 60 x412 so i have the room. http://222.coolhouseplans.com/mobile/details.html?pid=chp-57555http://222.coolhouseplans.com/mobile/details.html?pid=chp-54301
Will B. replied:
Houseplans.com and housedesigners.com are the two I've used just to give you other options. An architect or house designer will charge you like $4500 or more
