I used Honest Appliance. He came out the first day: cleaned my fridge coils & unblocked my ice maker; very nice & friendly. Came the next day: put a new roller on my dryer (said it would be much quieter), put on a new dryer hose, cleaned & unblocked my dryer vents, said he'd get me a new filter for dryer; acted like someone had pissed in his Wheaties. Dryer works better, but not any quieter. Fridge/freezor started leaking A LOT from the area where he'd been trying to unblock the ice machine. I called his office twice, spoke to a lady, asked her to have him call me to come out & repair. I paid him at the time of service for his service. My freezor/fridge is STILL leaking so bad I have to have a to have a towel in front of it & change the towel daily. He NEVER returned my calls. I paid him for his work; and I don't know what I did to piss him off; BUT I WON'T USE HONEST APPLIANCE AGAIN
