I had great luck with Dr. James Rainville at the Baptist & then their Boot Camp at Dedham Health & Athletic Club! Dr. Rainville has on office on Rt 9 in Chestnut Hill. I was out of work for months but then this boot camp got me back to normal in a short period of time. I can't say enough good things about both Dr. Rainville & the Boot Camp!!! Train Boston in Wellesley. Much better than the PT I did at Dedham. THe Dedham program lacked individualization and some of the strengthening exercises required equipment that was not available at my gym.

I highly recommend OrthoSports MD on Highland Ave. They are wonderful knowledgeable and patient. I had wonderful results for my back with Jaxie. I too wanted a female. My husband had wonderful results for his shoulder after surgery working with Kip. They work with many high school students with sports injuries. The location is certainly convenient. Good luck!

Stephanie Dini, at Newton Wellesley Hospital PT clinic in the development across from JCC. She is excellent. Helped my then 16 year old with complicated running injuries. My daughter loved her and stuck to her PT plan. Very motivating, insightful and kind.
