You need to change insurance company. Mine King Price did all this for me and just told me to take my vehicle to the panelbeaters they chose. By the way I also asked Riverside Panelbeaters for a quote,about a year ago. I actually took the vehicle to them for assessment and they promised to email me the quote. I am still waiting....
