Betty, Sorry to ear ur having a problem. The only other person I know that has a tankless is Joe Rummel, and I think Ron Alt may have one. I do not know if you are in touch with either of them. They maybe able to help. I think JR had a problem with his at first. Good luck I know how it is when you want a HOT shower!!!!
