Who has had a good experience with an A/C repair company in New Bern?

C/A Heating and Air!!

For those asking, we went with Dales Heating & Air Conditioning Refrigeration. He received a number of recommendations here and was the only one I called who could guarantee me he would show up before I had to go to work... and he did! Betty, I did try with Comfort Air - as well as C/A - and both could get me on the schedule but did not think they would be there before I left for work. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR ALL THE RECOMMENDATIONS!!! Y'all always come through, thanks!

I've been an electrical contractor in this area going on 32 years. Airtech, Comfort-Air, C/A Heating & Air. All good people. Not saying the other guys aren't good, just that I know these 3.

Mary C. replied:
Comfort Air. My family has been doing business with them for at least 30 years. He will do the job accurately & not do patch jobs or rigging. Prices are fair & reasonable for the work performed. The After Hours tech is awesome & prompt. I've had to call Comfort Air after 2 of his competitors tried to help (due to a friends recommendation). When their work failed, I always called Ray Wood. Needless to say, I call Ray with Comfort Air first. And having a 6 yo with allergies, I want to make sure it's done right & quickly!

Thanks, Lisa. I called Mike / CCAC ... he sounded like a really nice guy, and although his schedule is jam-packed, he said he'd try to fit us in tomorrow. If that falls through, I'll try DL.
