Anybody have any luck finding a local doctor who promotes a plant-based diet? My mother-in-law is looking for a general practitioner who understands the health benefits...
I have heard that Dr. Robert Laibstain in Chesapeake is vegan and promotes diet as the first defense.

Been a few times to see Dr. Mary Jo Hill in Williamsburg. Though I've been a slacker about going to the doctor for a couple of years now, she was vegan then (hopefully still is), and had good, practical advice for health issues.
Fairfield county friends - anyone have a referral for doctor that specializes in arthroscopic surgery for the knee?
