For a therapist I highly recommend Jeff Sherrin in Nyack. Psychiatrists are almost all booked up...stay away from Dr. Char at all costs.

Volunteer Counseling Service does have a new program, and takes some insurance. I would call them and Jewish Family Services (takes people of all faiths) to get services immediately. If you check physician finder for Fidelis you can get a list of therapists.
