Apache Junction is meth central. Bad for kids and school. Chandler is nice and great schools <CTA liberty is an awesome school and the neighborhood around it> Tempe has good schools to. Homes are older thou. Gilbert is good to. South of Pecos. You can buy pretty new in the eastern subburbs very nice and affordable.

We live in Gilbert, 85296. It's really nice here! But, a bit far out from PHX proper. I work inn Mesa, and parts of that are nice. Red Mountain/East valley. The Islands is a really nice community. Queen Creek has the lowest crime in the area!
