Mary Hoy Janson, we've gone to Dr. Calimag at NL Med Center for years and love him! Amy Voss Pitney, we can go to any doctor but if they don't accept our plan it costs ALOT more out of pocket which we pay a fortune already being self employed so will def find a doctor we can use the $25 copay at instead of the $107 ppo fee. Kathy Jaspers, I will let you know what we find and you do the same !
