Last time I needed someone and didn't want to wait and pay for Sears guy, I used Wilton Appliance.. Next to Little Pub.. Very reasonable and came over quick! I would use him again !!!

Thank you everyone for your recommendations, but I have no choice but to go with Sears Home Repair Service. My washer is a Samsung and it turns out that J&R and AA do not service that brand. I was hoping to go with a local business, but unfortunately, I won't be able to. Thanks again!
