Does anyone know of a good Real Estate attorney (or perhaps you are one) to ask a few questions on timeshare sale and/or termination of a timeshare contract.
Anyone know any lawyers that do pro bono work or don't charge an arm and a leg??? My son purchased a vehicle from a dealership in Danbury. Without going into too much...
Kathleen W. replied:
Better Business Bureau or DMV might be first options.
Kathleen W. replied:
Dealerrater.com. ..not an avenue of recourse but good for sharing the experience. Good luck.

Hi,
I need some legal advice, can anyone recommend a local lawyer that will call back? I left messages and talked to secretaries for a week . . . Nothing.
Thanks.
Donna A. replied:
Not sure what type of lawyer you are looking for .... Michelle Michelle Latorraca Liguori of Kuss & Liguori is an awesome elder law attorney and Kent Mancini of Cramer & Anderson can handle other legal facets. Michelle Liguori’s number is (860) 210-1111 & Kent Mancini’s number is 860-355-2631

Looking for a consultation for Real Estate. . . . . Thats reasonable.
Any suggestions for a family attorney that is reasonable and might give a senior citizen discount? I need a will.
Dan F. replied:
You can do wills yourself, just make sure you have a notarized witness. But I'd recommend Erik kukk, cheap and easy. Www.kukklaw.com

Kukk Brookfield
Carol M. replied:
Barbara Reynolds specializes in Senior Law.
Metta R. replied:
I do estate planning and elder law. (I used to work with Barbara aren't olds) Very reasonable. Message me. Or call 860-488-0594.
Marilyn M. replied:
Suzy Orman has a kit I bought a few years back.
Tanya L. replied:
Be careful of the kits because apparently, it's been difficult for people to get them notarized - many places will not do it. Go to Rebecca Mayo Goodrich- she's very reasonable depending on what you need done and how intense it is but she is very fair priced:)
does anybody know a lawyer that will do pro bono for a child support case I am the one that is supposed to receive child support but my ex wife refuses to pay I need...
Jessica B. replied:
Child Support enforcement sucks. It's been two years and they haven't done anything for me.
Audrey G. replied:
Call Ryan Henry. He is in With Gundelsburger on 202. Don't know about the pro bono but he may be able to help. Also there are a couple of sliding scale fee attorneys I know of in Torrington. I can get the names if you want them.
