You should try Piyo it is fantastic and incorporates yoga, pilaties, strength, and low cardio all in one! Good for all ages and levels you simply go to where you can and grow from there! Amanda McMeniman instructs on Tuesday and Thursday at Dueling Dragons in Edgewater! It is on the building just past walgreens on ridgewood and Roberts road. Amanda feel free to add!
