B&H. They have a large number of headphones out on display that you can just walk up and try, including plugging in your own device to try them with your music. They also have a lot of in-ear headphones in display cases that you can ask to try. They also cover a pretty wide range of price points, (unlike, say, Best Buy) so if you want to try really expensive headphones you can.
