I've struggled with anxiety and depression for a very long time. Something that helped ease both, if only temporarily, was to spend time at the beach. During my beach trips, I'd walk along the shore, letting the sound of the waves help me relax. As I walked, I'd find seashells here and there, but better than seashells was the sea glass!
