Try Suburban vet in Maple Heights. I am pretty sure they do discount spay and neuters so they might also do other sorts of discounts. They're really great with my dog.

I go to http://www.mandelvet.com/ in cleveland heights. People tell me they're pricey but the experience with my two cats has been positive every time, I haven't really gone anywhere else for comparison.

Look into travel therapy. I graduated last May 2016 and started out with $60 k in student loan debt. I have $3 k left exactly one year later. Travel therapy pays way more than a perm job. Will help you pay off loans faster. Stay determined and put every extra penny you can towards your loans. If you are determined you can pay them down very quickly
