You should try Angie's List. It is supposed to give all of those things and has a good rep. I think you have to join but since you own your home it might not be a bad idea. I watch this show called Bar Rescue and he travels from city to city saving bars and everytime they do renovation, he mentions that he got all the contractors from Angies list.
