I am so glad we have State Farm. They are a true joy to deal with. We had a driver scrape the side of our car in a parking lot, left a note with information and phone number. Both of us have State Farm as our insurance carrier and it has not taken 10 days to get things settled. And our agent made the arrangements for a rental car until the damage is repaired on our car.

Many of these posts are making reference to "full coverage", a meaningless term in insurance. Generally, this is applied to the coverage you have with your own insurance company, and your question related to the insurance company for the other party.
