K-9 Divine has great reviews from some of the people at City Dogs Rescue (http://www.k-9 divine.com/daycare.html), the dogs literally get to play on a farm all day. Otherwise, City Dogs Daycare is great for a local resource

We didn't have a good experience either. Jasper came home covered in feces once and vomit another time. I'm sure things can happen, but there wasn't even an attempt to clean him off. The appalling grooming job was the final straw. We use City Dogs now and have been happy. Good luck!

Do not go here. My dog as well came home covered in feces and with some kind of bug he picked up. Danny's Pet Care is great - run out of his home. Near Catholic U.

I've used Planet Pet a number of times, mostly boarding but daycare once or twice - it's pricey, but the staff are amazing, and my dog FREAKS OUT every time we start down the street towards it (dragging on the leash, tail going a zillion miles an hour, desperate to get inside). Plus for daycare pups they have drive-up drop-off so you don't have to park.

Theresa, I have also had some difficulty with Planet Pet. Seriously, google Danny's Pet Care - he's legit, insured, etc. It's just legit but run out of his home. You would need a car, though since he's by Catholic U.
