I would start by seeing a Paediatrician who can help coordinate the necessary allied health services and provide appropriate advice on the best services to access. Contact Gosford Hospital Specialist Centre (I think it is 4320 5600) as they have several Paediatricians who run regular clinics which they can bulk bill with a GP referral.
