Wow! Lots of talent with design up here! I too have used Tricia Coffield Ritter and she took a blank slate (with absolutely no help from my non-designer-what-does-doesn't-look-good-brain) and gave me a clear direction and ideas that I could then execute on my own time within our little budget.

Here's a builder and a designer: Saber Construction specializes in remodels and construction, and Tiffany Greene, Interior Decorator is absolutely amazing. They have done two houses for me and the results have been better than we could have imagined.
