Lincoln City Samaritan, Stacy Merz is awesome. I find it very worth the trip up, and they use the My Chart software so all information that does not require a visit is easy to exchange without being on hold or call back.

We very much like our PCP from Waldport Clinic. It is sometimes difficult to become a patient there, (took about three months until they accepted us) but as an old RN I am probably concidered a difficult patient and I have been extremely impressed with Tory Thornton NP. He really knows his stuff and is kind and LISTENS to his patients
Michael H. replied:
Janice Weathers, we tried the Waldport Clinic first, but they told us that all of their doctors had quit except one and they were not taking new patients.

We go to Central Coast Internal Medicine in Newport. It did take us a while to get in. Last time we were there one of the nurses said they were hiring some more PAs. We have had good care there and like Dr. Long's crew of professionals. It does sometimes take patience and being on a waiting list for a time.
Janice W. replied:
Waldport Clinic will be building a new clinic off of Range RD soon and are scheduled to have eight practitioners, hope that will help our community
Susan W. replied:
Waldport Clinic either already has or will have very soon another PAto help with access.

The Waldport Clinic Physicians have saved my life a few times over the last almost 11 years I have lived here. I have complicated issues and requires a quick healthcare provider. I appreciate the staff as well. Yes it can take some time, and they have help coming! Make an appointment to Interview the Dr about becoming a patient. This is kinda what I have to do now. And it does make things so much easier.

The Waldport Clinic which is awesome, unless you don't need a doctor for a couple years..then you get dropped...now my husband who does need treatment has no doctor...trying to find somewhere who will accept a new patient in a timely manner is impossible...my husband has very high blood pressure and I can't find anyone to see him! Very frustrating He is on Medicare
