I know this will inspire a lot of hate but don't bother with chiropracters or other pseudo scientific nonsense, the only effect is placebo which is in itself quite powerful, but not as powerful as actual physiotherapy based on solid reproducible longitudinal research. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chiropractic_controversy_and_criticism Cue the anecdotal 'evidence' response.
