Yes, Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic assists with expungement petitions. While anyone is welcome to come to any of our intakes (including the one we have on Tuesday evenings at Nehemiah Bible Church), we're encouraging folks who only need help with expungements to attend the Expungement Help Desk that we started at the City-County Building. At this Help Desk, we help folks prepare their own expungement petitions, and we answer questions about how the process works. The Help Desk is in the basement of the City-County Building, right next to the Small Claims Court, and it's hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please feel free to message me directly if you have additional questions.
