Dr. Jason Papenfuss at Midwest dermatology. You may need to go to Omaha to get a quicker appt. My son has same condition. Buy Blue Lizzard sunscreen. It's the best. I also use doterra correct x on the itches also. ;-) And... I used to be an RN at Midwest derm. ;-)

Dr. Papenfuss or Dr. Madson at Midwest Derm. Both come to Norfolk but dr Madson will be easier to get in to

I don't know who to go to but what ever you do, do not see Dr. Joel Slessinger over at Oakview. Extremely rude, was not willing to listen or help. Kicked us out of the office when I mentioned we don't vaccinate. I have never been so up set with a Dr. their nurses were in the middle of treatment and then stopped and left my son on the table with numbing cream all over him and then refused to help clean him up. I had two other children with me and I had to try and wipe him up.
Amy B. replied:
We saw Dr Jill Nelson. She is very knowledgable and takes her time. She gave us all the natural ways to care for our daughters hemangioma(it was on her buttocks). She used treatment of steroid as a last resort. I am happy to say with her tips we have been able to keep our daughter healthy and steroid free. She will turn 1 this week:)
Abigail S. replied:
We went to Jill Nelson and she spent 3 minutes in the room and only gave me steroids and told me to give him Benadryl to sleep. -_- not impressed. And this was for an itchy eczema rash.
Tracy F. replied:
I didn't care much for Dr Nelson either. She just said that's how my son is (eczema). Then prescribed steroid cream.
Please delete if not allowed, I’m looking for a good recommendation on a dermatologist here in or around Norfolk please. Any suggestions help. Thank you!
