yeah, definitely do not need to hire an attorney to form your LLC. Just do it through the Secretary of the State - a simple form to fill out and a filing fee. Then you will renew annually through the Secretary of the State. I'd still recommend buying some liability insurance coverage too. I can give you a contact of a insurance company that offers it at a very cheap price.

Got to LegalMatch.com, then you can make a posting for an attorney and they will contact you rather than the other way around. (We use it at my firm and there are tons of attorneys on there that will likely jump on the case)
