I like sooner smiles because of how well they describe what's going on in my mouth. Dr. Holden has been the only dentist to notice that I have issues with the scraping metal hook thingies, told me how a cavity forms and how to find decalcification, and...See More

I have been a patient with Dr. Randall Brown since 1987 ish, so I'm obviously happy. Valerie is my dental hygienist and this entire time and she's the best! = D

We also go to Dr. Randall Brown and Valerie is my hygienist.
Susan L. replied:
I've gone to Mitzi Roberts more years than I can count, after making the rounds of dentists whose commercialism made them feel always slightly untrustworthy. Dr Roberts is caring and thorough.
Corynn M. replied:
Randall Venk! He's right by Norman High and he's been a dentist forever and he's awesome!

I searched up and down for a dentist that could work with my anxiety after moving here- especially knowing I had significant work I needed done. I see Dr. Bassey at Dental Care of Norman, and he’s been amazing! the whole team is great, and they’ve been so, so accommodating and understanding. Dr. Bassey really works with you to figure out least invasive ways to handle any concerns and has put me at ease time and time again. Definitely recommend.
tkerlz replied:
I love Summer Dental on Alameda, great with kids so I'm assuming the can handle anxiety. As far as Rona, I havent had a need to go in since everything so I can't comment on that.

Dental Design Studio. https://www.normandentist.com. My sister had mega anxiety and hadn’t been to the dentist in 20 years. Didn’t help when she tried to go to one and they held her down when she started to panic. She finally was able to get her teeth cleaned here and get ALL the work done she needed, which was a lot. She’s moved to Texas, but she still comes back here to go to the dentist. They do great with Covid. Installed special air filters. Make you wait in your car till you are coming back. They take it serious.

Dr. Bird on Main is good.

# I second Heritage Dental, took the advice in that other thread and went there. i have terrible dental anxiety which kept me from going back to the dentist for years, but dr elie was amazing, made sure that i was comfortable and explained everything to me to make sure that i don't get nervous through all the work we needed to do. Ended up sending my husband and kids there and they all had wonderful experience as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist

I just moved here. I don’t have dental insurance (recently lost the little coverage I had from my company when I switched to part time). Rose Rock on 12 th is honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. They only charged me $100 for a first time visit with all of the X-rays, the cleaning, and the consult with the dentist. A+ in my book. Definitely will be going back!
I know I've asked before but it seems easier to ask again than to scroll back 2 years... does anyone have recommendations for a dentist in Norman?

Emily T. replied:
I have Delta and was able to use Dr. Roberts. They just had to contact them.
