I know someone who is unbelievable! He made a complete apartment (with living room, kitchen, bedroom, closet and bath) in my fathers 17,000 sq ft warehouse. His name is Bill Strules. He also just did our kitchen. His # is 978-337-2176. Great guy. Hard worker.

I'm just going to ask... you are doing an addition... and want an architect ... WHY??? Because, when you want to change out your heating system ... you can in an HVAC engineer? You're talking about an addition... CALL A BUILDER.
