I decided on taking Tucker to Capital Area Veterinary Emergency Service (CAVES) and Veterinary Referral Center of New Hampshire (VRCNH) in Concord, NH -- His surgeon will be Geoffrey N. Clark, DVM, DACVS, who graduated University of California-Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and did his residency at Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. Thank you for all the suggestions!
