Went thru broken washer few weeks ago and after spending enough $$$ to try to rep are, had to buy a used one for $200. Should have started there! That's my suggestion! We called Pine Island Home Care (trying to support our community) and the first person who came couldn't find the problem & turned it over to his boss. Took him another 4 days to come (he was sick) & he recommended replacing a very expensive part as the one we installed was prolly bad. I said yes a days he called in his order. Afterward, while talking I said something about how the washer was working and he looked at it again and spotted a drippy leak from a previous tub leak repair. It was dripping on the brain so he recommended trashing it and charged me $125.00! Really! Yes, go to a used appliance store. They have a warranty.
