Sunnyside drop off is 7:30 am. No daycare I know of is open that early. I think you will need to find someone to come to your home. Have you tried care.com? They do background checks. I would just get references too. There is a bus route from Green Acres that picks up and drops off at Sunnyside. If that's what you want, you just have to arrange it. The school secretary is Gail Arciuolo and she is beyond helpful. That's who you have to talk to once you have your plan in place. You could also have someone at your house before school, and send your kids to Sunnyside or use the YMCA aftercare at Green Acres. I just mean you can have two different plans. Just beware pickup at Green Acres is by 6 pm, and the "snow day" program they offer isn't reliable. I had to take my kids out of it because although they advertise opening at 7 am, in reality there were days they didn't open until 10 am or even noon! Sunnyside provides care for delayed openings if you use them for before care but last year they were full for snow days so I made alternate arrangements on those days.

Heather Cherry, both of my sons are much older and there was a charge back then because we lived in Montowese. I am glad the town does it for free now. Mary at Sunny Side was the best, I hope she is still there. Justin Picca, maybe you can find a home daycare or stay at home mom in your neighborhood that would be willing to put him on the bus to Sunny Side or school for that matter. But still look into the summer program at Sunny Side, they have a great facility.

The district offers YMCA after school programs at Green Acres and Clintonville Schools for all elementary children. This program also offers snow day care, and week long camps during vacations! Here is there Number (203) 248-6361 ask for Erin. My children have been part of the program and they do a great job.
