Hi, I'm moving to North Lakes (Club North area I think it is/or near) in just over a week from Bulimba - I work from home as a wedding planner...

Crossfit Moreton Bay is just up the road, great coaches and awesome members. We have a great group of friends just from training there.Look them up, www.crossfitmoretonbay.com, it's way better than laying in the wet grass at some boot camp.

http://m.northlakesac.com.au/timetables I think the last session for the year on the 13 th from vague memory, double check though and the usual instructor Ashleigh is away overseas for these last few sessions but they have a replacement instructor. :-) Sessions $13 or you can buy 10 sessions for a bit cheaper. It's a great friendly fun group, mixed ages of men and women.

James J. replied:
Joanne Pirrone best advice I can give you is to visit all three gyms in Narangba and then make a decision like I did. They are all very different and they all offer different things. You need to find one that suits your needs and that you feel comfortable training in.
