Whatever you do go to this Sarasota county link. You cam check and see if the person is licensed or not. Unfortunately alot of people here represent themselves as licensed even when they are not. Don't just7 st take anyone's word for it it's super easy to follow thos link and put in their name. We used Don Jabin from Florida Landscapes. LLC. He did our gutters and we found that he does all kinds of handyman work around the house. He was very reasonably priced. We plan to have him back to replace some of the tiles in our kitchen. He lies here in North Port.

Check the solenoid on the valve controlling the zone that is stuck on. If not that then check the diaphragm in the valve. It is a Florida state mandate for the rain sensor to be checked on every repair. American Irrigation is a good outfit.

Bart got his welder working today!! Not sure about the plumbing. See, I have had shitty water pressure for months. Catrina Bracy Willis calls with the same problem and he rushes out to fix it! He might still be a little gun shy about helping since he still needs to switch my kitchen faucet, fix my water pressure, make the water not smell, hook up my ice maker. Lol!!
