Try giving Wayne Stem a call! 610-618-2149 He refinished our hardwood railing and still it looks AMAZING two years later! I'd imagine he can do floors too, but not 100% sure. But if he does them, I'm sure you'll love his work! He also painted our two-story foyer and that is also amazing. He's so meticulous, and it shows.

He said he found my page on Facebook (see below) and liked my work and they would like to advertise my business through them. The gutter cleaning leads were reasonable at $8 each which I was ready to buy about 4 of them just to give it a shot. He explained that the lead is also given to 2 other contractors to bid on but there are also $12 leads that are guaranteed. Then he said it's $287.00 a year for the membership. Then I said uhhhgh! I asked if there was any kind of trial and he said no. I told him to call me tomorrow and I will let him know. Maybe I will check out Angie's List.
