[WANTED] Can anyone recommend an HVAC company? I'm new to the area and need an HVAC contractor to install a new system, anxiety provoking to spend that amount of money...

Do NOT go with Sal's. They didn't show TWICE, and then told me that their schedule is just what they suggest to the drivers but that they can't guarantee anything. When they finally DID show, they provided bad service and "accidentally" turned the furnace off when they left.... in winter. I wrote this all up in a Google review and Sal himself replied, arguing against me. I provided more details and evidence, and then he had his "marketing guy" call me and give me a full refund if I would remove my review. I was in a tight spot and needed it, so I removed the review.

I had WeatherKing heating and cooling out of Northfield (https://www.weatherking1.com/) do my system about 2 years ago. I received quotes from 4 different companies and while there's wasn't the lowest, I felt like they did the best job evaluating what I needed. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

I can recommend Bers Heating and Cooling out of Brunswick. They’ve installed a new AC and we have them do an annual checkup. We recommended them to a number of our neighbors and they always do quality work. We don’t live near Brunswick so we appreciate their willingness to travel. http://bershvac.com/

Verne & Ellsworth Hann out of Cleveland Heights are my go to. They're a family owned business, very upfront and honest in my experience. They've done great HVAC and plumbing work for me.

I’ve used Climate Tech many times, they’ve always taken good care of me.

I recommend R&T remodeling. They're family run and trustworthy with good prices. They're based in Cleveland Heights but travel all over. I know them personally and they've done work for a number of friends and relatives. [Here's their site](http://rt-remodeling.herokuapp.com/) and I know they respond to texts in addition to calls and emails.
