Zener prise Tattoo just reopened in a brand new studio. Absolutely clean and sterile...Artist is Zane Evener...free custom artwork and price is by the piece, not by the hour. Call Zane at 226-8302 to see the studio. It is located at 10 South Chenango Street in Greene. Entry is from the parking lot in the back of the building...awning over the door says Zenterprise. Open by app and available at your convenience.

My son recommends Paul at The Shamens Den (Washington Street in Binghamton by the CVS).. The other guy at this place has a pretty long wait time (several months-half a year).
