Morag is referring to Xing Wing on Friedrichstrasse. My favorite as they have Edamame. There is also one just outside the train station. When you come out of the train station turn left on that street, and it is on the first block.

There is an Asian shop on Friedrichstraße just off Bohlenplatz. Don't suppose it qualifies as supermarket, but you should be able to get the things you want.

The Asian shop called Ghandi is just along from Erlangen Bahnhof and stocks lemongrass etc. A great place to buy fresh beansprouts and coriander cheaply and soy sauce by the litre!
