Andy - I use Alpha Plumbing or Action Plumbing whoever can get there the fastest, for our rentals. Theyre non union so they don't charge you an arm and a leg. A new water heater with expansion tank plus labor runs about $800 -$850 usually. If you already have the water heater $800 is absurd.
