We had two - our first was Ken Giblin (https://www.kenseagleeye.com/) who was absolutely incredible - checked every inch of the house and taught us a lot about it. He had a discounted offer for a 1-year follow-up (which we thought was a good idea) but unfortunately was going through some health issues at that when we hit that mark and he wasn't able to do the follow-up. If you hire Ken, you have the option to follow him through the inspection and I highly recommend you do. You'll still get a thorough report at the end but it's good to see things through his eyes.
Anyway since he wasn't available, we went with Pillar to Post for our 1-year and had Casey Livingston. He was also good - not as thorough as Ken was though, but if you can't get Ken, Pillar to Post is a solid choice.

Non Profit Home Inspections. They did a fantastic job on our place (new construction), includes thermal imaging, and their mission drives their business model.

Balanced Inspections, Jim Overstreet, did a nice job for us. He was very informative and personable/easy to talk to. Very thorough in addressing any follow up questions that we emailed to him.

We used O’Neil Home Inspections twice this year in the process of buying a house. Highly recommend Jeff, he’s extremely thorough.

A large portion of my clients use Inspected West and haven't had a single complaint or problem. They can do general, sewer scope and radon.
