Does anyone know of a good, reliable tax accountant in oak ridge that is knowledgeable with being self employed? Also a decent price? Thanks for any suggestions.

I've always used Turbo Tax. It's very good and easy and very inexpensive. It will walk you through step by step.

My husband, Arthur Sass, CPA specializes in small businesses and self-employs and is the only one Quick Books Certified Pro Adviser in quite a large radius around. I cannot comment on prices but suggest signing up early since he is working with every client by himself, not outsourcing to support, and rarely has openings for new clients. His office is at the intersection of Lafayette and Emory Valley. 865-CPA-1040.

I'm a CPA, and I have been doing taxes for about 30 years. I deal with taxes for the self-employed businesses and farmers, small corporations and partnerships, rental properties, and taxes dealing with investments. You may either PM me or call me at 865-806-2624 for further information. I've been using the TaxSlayer Pro software for about 15 years. My prices are very reasonable.
Can someone refer me to a local CPA that can file late taxes that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I never received a W2, but I do have my transcript copy. Thanks!
