Welcome!! 1. Salon FX (Hope) or Shear Perfection (Robin) 2. Sorry. No idea. 3. Kroger (Aldi's is good occasionally, but you certainly can't find everything, or even most things...!) 4. Good theatre, good parks, rowing is REALLY big here (and they give lessons), lots of lakes for fishing, camping areas, Frozen Head park is great for hiking, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountains only an hour away. This is the absolute best place to live (IMNSHO). I hope you like it here!

1. Best place to get a haircut? I go to Backstage Salon, Carlos likes Sport Clips, & I take the kids to Jefferson Barber & Style. 2. Best gym (preferably family friendly)? NFC & Gold's have child care, but Workout Anytime has similar stuff, just cheaper. 3. Best grocery store for savings? I like Kroger & love their clicklist personal shopper program. I usually go to Walmart for household items though. 4. Best stuff/places for family fun? We have a movie theater & bowling alley & plenty of parks.

Cracker Barrel chicken n' dumplins Ingredients: 2 cups Flour ½ teaspoons Baking Powder 1 pinch Salt 2 Tablespoons Butter 1 Cup butterMilk, A Bit Less Than A Full Cup (you can use regular milk if needed) 2 quarts Chicken Broth 3 cups Cooked Chicken Preparation Instructions: In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Cut the butter into the dry ingredients with a fork or pastry blender. Stir in the milk, mixing with a fork until the dough forms a ball. Heavily flour a work surface. You’ll need a rolling pin and something to cut the dumplings with. I like to use a pizza cutter. I also like to use a small spatula to lift the dumplings off the cutting surface. Roll the dough out thin with a heavily floured rolling pin. Dip your cutter in flour and cut the dumplings in squares about 2″x2″. It’s okay for them not to be exact. Just eye ball it. Some will be bigger, some smaller, some shaped funny. Use the floured spatula to put them on a heavily floured plate. Just keep flouring between the layers of dumplings. To cook them, bring the broth to a boil. Drop the dumplings in one at a time, stirring while you add them. The extra flour on them will help thicken the broth. Cook them for about 15-20 minutes or until they not doughy tasting. Add the cooked chicken to the pot and you’re done!

Who is suppose to remove the signs that are not from canidates? Like the Vote Yes/No or wine in grocery store signs. Is there someone you can call to remove them?...
Are there any hopes for a "Retail" Store in Oak Ridge? It seems like we have more than enough "restaurants and grocery stores" but very few Clothing stores.
If you haven't tried it yet I HIGHLY recommend giving Walmart's newest feature Grocery Pick-Up a go. Alice was my attendant and she was wonderful. She answered the phone...
