Where I work (Concord Cleaners) has a pretty decent/reasonably priced seamstress. We have an Oak Ridge location (next to Big Lots) and can have the garment back to you in about a week (including cleaning it in that time if you like as well). Price will depend on what work needs to be done.:) EDIT: Items are priced after work is done and we generally can't give a complete quote on most things (aside from hems which are set price). Some things we can ballpark, but most things have to be priced with her when the work is done.

My company, Concord Cleaners, is extremely skilled with alterations, and for simple work we are capable of doing next-day repairs if absolutely necessary (though we prefer to give a week on Alteration orders). We are significantly cheaper than Prestige Cleaners (on everything).
