They were here 2 hours & said they couldn't figure it out. I called Lou and told him what was going on & he figured it out over the phone. He came out & he was right. He only charged me for the service call because he said the part was only $1. He could've said it was $100 & I wouldn't have known. Honesty & fairness are hard to come by. I've given his name to at least 15 friends & all of them have been pleased.

As many have said. E&E heating and Cooling. We had another company come out and look at our unit and was told we needed a new one.
