Are you just kicking tires as you said your purchase is a "long way off" ? As a side note, houses in K-W are still selling pretty fast and for big money. A couple of houses around me sold in less than a week so I can only assume they received more than they were asking for. Some housing markets in the country will be be negatively affected by this pandemic, but probably not K-W. It is still (always has been) a very desirable place to live, and the Tech Sector (amongst others) will continue to boom. Don't wait too long to buy, as once this pandemic settles down, the K-W Housing Market will probably go bananas again. Good Luck.

This most recent purchase was a bit more complicated, because my fiance and I were selling two houses and jointly purchasing one...which impacted timing, our numbers, etc etc. Tim was great at running multiple scenarios for us, based on our best-and-worst case numbers for what we got out of our houses, and helping with a scenario that let us purchase with only having sold one house, but ensuring the money coming out of house number 2 would go to our principle on the new house. He knows his stuff, and he's not kidding about being available evenings and weekends!
